  • Yes, solo sessions are welcome.
    You can fully enjoy the experience on your own.

  • Our base package includes up to 2 people. Additional guests can be added for $25 per person. Up to 5 people can be accommodated per session.

  • Each session includes 25 minutes of shooting and 20 minutes for photo selection.

  • You’ll use a remote control to take your photos.
    A live screen will help you see yourself in real time.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your booking time.
    Changes within 72 hours may not be accepted.

  • We value your time and strive to provide a smooth experience for every guest. Please review our policy below:

    1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.

    Changes made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

    2. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

    Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.

    No reschedule or credit will be provided.

    3. Late Arrivals

    Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

    If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened accordingly, without a price adjustment.

    4. Emergency Situations

    We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion with valid notice.

    5. Payment & Refunds

    All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Yes, pets are welcome.
    Please ensure they are comfortable in an indoor environment.

  • Photo/video use is optional. If you agree, Re: Studio may use selected photos or videos for promotional purposes such as our website, social media, or advertising.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring small personal items or props.
    We also provide a variety of props in the studio for your session.

  • You will receive your photos immediately after your session.
    Prints are provided on-site, and digital files are delivered right away.

  • Your session includes 10 digital photos and 2 printed photos.
    Additional photos can be purchased.

  • No, this is a fully self-guided experience.
    You are in control of the entire session.

  • Yes, all sessions are by reservation only.
